Travelling can also be very tricky especially in public transportation.

Energy Drinks. Although this is one way to increase energy, it is not the best type of drink if your bladder is frequently bothering you. For more energy better make sure to have 8 hours of sleep every day. Energy drinks tend to contain chemicals and way too much sugar than can also cause obesity.

Citrus drinks like oranges, grapefruit and pineapple. These substances can aggravate the bladder. They are highly acidic. If you still want to have your fruit juice, then have a mango shake, banana, apples, avocado, pears, strawberry and berries instead.

Korean, Thai, Chinese and Indian food that are that contain chilly. Avoid using condiments like wasabi, hot sauce and chili peppers as well as spicy noodles and junk food because this has the tendency to irritate the lining of the bladder. However, do not worry because you can still eat foods that contain other herbs like rosemary, garlic and other flavors.

Chocolate drinks can also become a problem because it contains caffeine. If however you cannot avoid eating this treat, better get dark chocolate because this has lesser caffeine in it and contains more antioxidants. Avoid taking too much coffee and black tea as well to avoid an overactive bladder.

Spaghetti and pasta with tomato sauce can also irritate the bladder.
